We hope that you are thrilled with your order, however, we can accept returns for a refund within 30 days, providing the items are returned unworn and unused and in the original sock or jewellery boxes, with all tags attached.

Please include a note with the full name that the order was sent to plus an order number.

We do not offer free returns if what you have ordered is unsuitable. If the item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with the refund.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once we have received the items, we will refund you within three days via the original payment method. This can take up to ten working days to show up in your account.
